Way over crowded. Each bird need a little over 4sq/ft of inside space. You have enough for a crowded 25 birds. 41 is way over the limit. Outside run should be twice as big if not more for them to get along peacefully. I see an add on in your future. In the meantime give them something to keep them busy. Tie lettuce, fresh corn (on cob), or whatever fresh veggie you have (no citrus) from the ceiling or attach to wall. This will give them something to investigate instead of each other. Bloody birds need to be removed. Paul uses noxzema to prevent pecking as do many others (givin my props to Paul). There are other ointments but I too have used this and it works pretty darn well. Others will give advice that I have left out...(I'm thinking, can you hear it)...GL
