Stop the milk, it really isn't good for them. You can use wet starter crumbles if she can't take the dry, or better still, feed her some scrambled eggs- they love it and it's really good for them. Keep her warm, but don't worry so much over cool feet, they don't have much circulation in the feet, it's part of how they avoid cooling the body when walking in snow & ice. It's worse when the feet are warm as that indicates fever. Keep up with the vitamins and make sure she is drinking. The fact is that she may not make it, so you may feel sad, but try not to feel discouraged if she doesn't. Chicks are fragile and can go quite fast, but that's no reason not to try. Just cut out the milk. Best of luck to you.
