My chick cant move.

Im not sure if she cant move or wont move, iv tried moving her legs for her to try and get them working but nothing. Her feet are pretty cold and shes really small. She hasnt lost any wieght sinse her paralysis but im getting worried. Iv tried loads of things but she doesnt seem to be getting any better. What do i do? Is she going to die?
