I can't remember how long I separated her, but would guess easily a week or two, and I suppose that since the others were in various states of healing as well, they didn't have the tendency to pick on her as much. Do you think she might have strained a muscle? Hopefully, that will heal faster than a dog bite, and it won't be long before she can defend herself and join the flock again.

our last dog attack in Oct. 06 - She seemed fine at first, but then drew up one of her legs and wouldn't bear any weight on it. We separated her until she could stand on it, but she stayed really close to home for a long time, and hop-skipped for at least 6 mos. after. I was just thinking this afternoon about how far she'd come in a year - she gradually was able to regain all her strength in it.
