I was looking for the arrangement of "America" as well and this piece was arranged by Kostal specifically for the Labeque sisters. This arrangement has never been published. The Symphonic Dances from West Side Story for two pianos arranged by John Musto is the only book I can find for two pianos with West Side Story music. The book includes, Prologue, Somewhere, Scherzo Mambo, Cha-cha, Meeting Scene, Cool Fugue, Rumble, and Finale. Hope this helps!
