I'm an artist/calligrapher who's been fascinated with "MASS" since it was first performed. This past year I made a handmade book, using the theme and lyrics to the show. I have shared it with Stephen Schwartz and his assistant, Michael Cole, and have received permission from them for an article in the magazine "Bound and Lettered" (which is slanted to bookbinders and calligraphers). I wish to ask for your permission also, and hope that this is the correct forum. The book is large, 23 x 15, and is really a visual study of the theater piece. If you like, I can probably send you a powerpoint presentation that a friend of mine made for me.
