Hi,
I was thumbing through some older issues of Country Sampler Magazine(May 2003) last night and saw an ad for two primtive dolls like you describe, tall 58", wood and cloth. One was named Miss Herbella and the other Miss Jamine. The only difference is it is not a pattern but finished doll. Here is the information in the ad. No web site was given. I hope this helps you.
