you dont need a pattern to make a pillow case. if you already have one take it apart and use it. if not measure the length of the pillow add 6" to measurement for hem and ease. measure around pillow and add 2" for seam and ease. cut fabric to these measurements. fold in half sew along bottom and side. press under 1" on top then 3" and top stitch seam. turn right side out.
