hello,
i know someone out there has to have or know someone,somewhere that made the petticoat lampshades for oil lamps.they were popular in the 1980s and 1990s.i need the pattern so i can make them for my spring craft shows.i have been making primitive crafts and i know these would be good to have along with my other items.
