Hi, I am looking for a pattern or knowledge of how to make a votive candle holder that appears to me to be a drinking cup of some kind, maybe paper? It is crinkled and you can almost see through it. It looks like a snowman as it is white and has features painted on. also has an orange toothpick end for a nose. darling but not sure how to make it. also has a curled edge on the top.
