Hi, I live in Bolton Lancs, and I am trying to trace my husband's family.
We have found that both his paternal great grandparents were born in Liverpool, Henry Mears 1845 and Catherine Morris 1846 - possibly Prescot.
Although they married, lived and died in Bolton (at least Henry is buried here), we wondered if these names and dates rang any bells for anyone on this site? We think that Henry worked at Camel Laird for a while before moving to Bolton.
