I have a photo of a grave, taken in The Ancient Chapel of Toxteth. It reads
Alice Drinkwater, wife to J H T Ellerbeck
Died 04 August 1831 and it looks like aged 25 years
Could this be yours, if so get in touch and I will send you the photo. This is an old post, but thought I would try anyway. Lynn
