hi i was brought up in the area and st james was our local playground in the 60's.ive had a few spooky moments down there when i was a kid,having moved back to the area 5 years ago i visit often with my grandsons now,its just fasinating to me.tom slemen is a local author who writes about local ghost stories,i know he is very interested in st james his web site is tomslemen.com hope this helps
