There are surveys done about SUMMERTIME and persons.
Some of the survey results are:

x Fav summer snack = IceCream (49%) Melon (27%)
x Best beach read = Romance novel (33%) Suspence (29%)
x Worst summer beauty disaster = Sunburn (56%)
x Most spent on vacation = $500 to $3000 (56%)
x More beauty conscious in summer? No (39%)
x Reason for choice of vacation destination =
. . . try to find a place where everyone has fun (77%)
x How often do you go on vacation = every year (42%)
x Where do you want your beach house to be = Miami (33%) Malibu 31%)
x When was the last time you wore a bikini =
. . . last summer (35%) never! (27%) over 20 yrs (22%)

ROFL! I've never been on a vacation where you go somewhere. My FAV beaches are the gulf coast of Northwest Florida, whith sugar white sand! I havent' worn a bikini in many years!

Summertime ...
and the living is easier with occasional

ice cream or melon snacks on a hot day
walking and sightseeing at beach or park
affordable daytrips

I can go to the bay, and walk along the shore. I CAN get to the beach, but the bay is only a couple of miles away!
