Glad U agree, Sees.
Further differences, where
MEN could benefit by being like a
lovable PARROT are obvious to me.
Further examples include that I,
Emerald Prince the Parrot:
Do not have Dunlop Disease where the belly dun lop
over the belt; so do not ever have to suck in my belly.
Do not ask who was on the phone.
Do not use your toothbrush or hairbrush.
Do not leave finger and toenail clippings on the floor.
Do not get interested in your measurements.
Do not get bad hair days, nor care if you have those.
Do not misplace things, then blame it on you.
Do not need to be reassured that any boss likes me.
Do not snore or smoke cigars.
Do not drink milk out of the container.
Do not leave laundry or wet towels on the floor.
And do not leave big shoes where you trip over them.
But I do understand that any mess holds creative possibilities.
So far I have not worn toilet paper on my face.
And have not zipped open drapes while someone is half-dressed.
And I have never yelled at anyone to be quiet because I am on the phone.
I do not look my age.
And do not obsess over diets or body image.
Nor announce that my dinner "tastes like dog food"
And furthermore, I will be happy to let her drive.
And I will never work late or set an alarm for 5 am.
And I do not fool around with anything stronger than fruit juice.
I keep fit; so can soar from a cage top
across rooms to the other side of the house
faster than most persons get off a couch.
My silences are peaceful, not upsetting.
I do not wear strange fabrics and patterns.
But do understand that furniture and fabrics need
to be replaced at times.
I do not want to join the navy or a men's club.
Do not need expensive cars or vacations.
Do not have heavy footsteps, so china in cabinet will not rattle.
Am trustworthy and stunningly handsome.
Am not allergic to parrots.
I like it when my person goes shopping and brings
back treats or wrapping paper to shred or a paper
bag to hide in and play with.
Usually am cheerful, playfully happy, and
glad for small treats which I share with
several other parrots.
