I went out to check on things and found one ofthe two big goldfish on the ground outside the pond! I put himback in,andput medicine in the water... Pray he recovers! He was covered in dirt and sawdust! Poor thing! I think he either got scared and jumped out, which is unlikely, he was so far from the pond, or a cat got to him. I don't know. I know it wasn't a raccoon unless I scared it off. before it ate him. He didnt'look hurt or punctured, but it's dark out and I couldn't see well.
Poor Fishy! Pray he gets well. I felt so bad! I rearranged the big rocks so I could put extra covering over the pond, sonothign could get in there. I hope he and all the others will be okay! Last week a small pink fish disappeared from the pond.
