Yes the padrons are as you mentioned, when I cook them up I fry them in olive oil and then it's russian roulete as who gets the hot ones!!! good fun. Our plants are huge and you can't pick them quick enough! The only problem is that they are quite thin skinned but very tasty.
I would love to swap with you, what sweet peppers do you have? I love growing chillis but always end up with a freezer full, hense my sweet pepper request!!
