In the (dare I say, "Good Ol' US of A?") this certainly has become a "policy" of the credit card companies. It about drives the folks in this cottage industry almost to distraction. The most effective "work-around" appears to be to set up a "dummy" company of some kind, one whose sole purpose is to handle credit card transactions via the internet. Hypocritical nonsense all the way 'round, but there it is.
Olaf is fortunate in that his Amazon_Warriors site is set up purely for the purpose of advertising. No "purchase" is made through Amazon_Warriors directly, so hopefully life will go on ...
