I came across this a few weeks ago (when someone posted a link to MikeA's new place and I started to look around to see what else was there), and I've just got around to having a brief play with it:

I thought some others here may be more interested, so I thought I'd let you know.
Before you get involved with trying it out, there are sample pictures and videos linked to from the above page, so you can see if it's of interest to you.
It's a bit involved setting it up, because amongst other things you need to track down an older version (0.960) of the Demo version of Mount&Blade as the mod will not work in the current versions. To do that, you may wish to try the links on this page:

(But be aware the download of the demo version is over 150MB!)
