So, I have a 10x30 area primed for death fights. I have some props being custom made for use as weaponry....sledgehammer, rusty pipe..etc. Oh, I have a machete and a double-bladed axe coming too. Should be fun.
Actually, I'm not into weapons. I do like horrific violence and death ....
THIS is what I wish I could film:
Pankration
Pankration is formed from two Greek words: "Pan" refers to "all," "kratos" refers to "force" or "strength.". Boxing, striking, kicking, and wrestling are common fighting techniques that Pankration pulls together from other fighting styles. Pankration originated the use of joint locking, pressure points, and other techniques now common to combination styles?. In fact, the Greek techniques are like a brutal, nude Mixed Martial Arts style where sheer muscle strength is applied to uniting all the various ?moves? into a bone crunching, limb dislocating, spine and back breaking fighting style.
Pankration was used as a learning context as well as sport, but equally was the setting for shocking primal displays of moral combat.
Scarlett Johannson and Alanah of PKF Studios Catfight
My current ideal catfight solution involves Scarlett Johansson and Alanah of PKF Studios.
This is 55 secons of two clips of them compared side by side with the Divanals as music.
