Thank you for posting these Pia. I live in the U.S.A. and I was able to watch them. For you, or anyone else that speaks Danish, I am curious about one part of the documentary. There are a couple of clips that show HM in Washington D.C. I think in 1976. Someone from the Press Club is introducing HM and he is making some jokes. Did HM enjoy the jokes, or were the jokes perhaps considered a little too much? I'm not really sure how to interpret the reaction from HM.
I’m not sure I know how to interpret it either.
I think the Queen chose not to laugh of the joke on other heads of state “falling down” - she probably didn’t want to laugh on other’s expense.
And even if she was 36 and a Queen at the time, maybe still a bit shy. When she was younger, she was quite shy - that’s gone today.
