The King was ´present´ at today's state council by vdeolink.
If I'm not mistaken, it is legally the King (in council) who makes the decisions. Is it in accordance with the Constitution that the King in fact is absent?
Interesting question. It seems it has been interpreted that way, yes. The alternative would be that the king was declared "incapacitated" due to illness which would mean that the Crown Prince would serve as regent. As the king was not ill, just quarentined, they decided for using videolink.
