The ministers from one of the four parties in government have resigned, and will formally be relieved of their duties by the King in a Council of State later this week. Or rather by the Crown Prince Regent.
The Prime Minister will continue with a minority government of three parties, and can do so without resigning, thus not actually forming a new government. It is, btw, the first time a government has continued after one party left the coalition, which i possible because the resigning party has stated they will continue to support the government rather than the opposition.
One of the four parties in the Norwegian government has declared that they will leave the government. If the Prime Minister want to form a new government with the three other parties, does she need resign first so that the King can give her that mission, or can she make the changes all by her self?
