Alimoney is only paid in extremely few cases - if (most often) the wife has chosen not to work to support her husband's career and he has become rich and then wants to divorce her after 25 of marriage (or something like that). If the spouces are "equal" or - like the case is with Martin Jørgensen - less wealthy, alimoney is never granted in Denmark. If anything, Alexandra should have paid Martin, but he probably decided not to ask for it, given the circumstances.
That Prince Joachim has to pay child support for his children until they turn 18 is another matter. He has to pay half of what it costs to maintain them.
