Belgium has the same tradition: saw myself King Leopold III and Prince Karel/Charles.
Also King Boudewijn could be greeted in his open coffin.
From the previous century I only recall Queen Marie-Henriette, spouse of King Leopold II, didn't have this honour. And more recently not Princess Lilian in 2002.

: These pictures are printed in a book about

: I just wondered about available photos of
: lit
: de parade (deathbed and open coffin) photos
: of royals in Norway and Denmark.
:
: In Sweden the Dowager Duchess Therese of
: Dalarna (1836-1914) was the last Swedish
: royal to be photographed in lit de parade
: (deathbed). Also King Oscar II (1907) and
: Queen Sophie (1913) were photographed
: (deathbed). Queen Désirée (1860), the wife
: of King Carl XIV Johan became photographed
: (deathbed or open coffin). There are two,
: one the Queen is seen in profil and the
: other one a close-up photo of her whole
: face.
:
: In the Norwegian royal house I have seen
: photos of both King Haakon (1957) and a
: close-up photo of the face of Crown Princess
: Märtha (1954).
:
: In Denmark I believe that the Kings
: Christian IX (1906) and Frederik VIII (1912)
: were the last Danish royals to be seen
: photographed on their deathbed.
:
: Anyone who would like to comment and have
: more informations?
:
: Thanks
