Villa Beylon is not occupied currently. The previous occupants were princess Christina and Tord Magnusson. It is currently undergoing a major renovation. It was speculated that it should become the home of the crownprincess and Daniel Westling although the official story is that it will be rented by Michael Storåker, a very successful PR-consultant who is a friend of the king and employer of Emma Pernald.
Villa Beylon belongs to the Ulriksdal Palace, it is set in the Palace Gardens park. The king has the disposal of it.
