I wouldn't be so sure after the criticism he got for his recent Olympic trip. Although, December 10 must be close in time to the Copenhagen Climate Change Summit, so perhaps it could be part of an extended trip to Scandinavia. Is there any precedent for a prize winner sending a representative to accept on his or her behalf?
