I would call... bizarre if Queen Margrethe would greet his son and her sister with a hand shake. Probably in the Netherlands, the Royal Family arrive for the ceremony of Opening the Parliament together, so, no need to greet each other. But in every occasion - private to State - you wouldn't see a mothrr greeting a son with a hand shake.
