Mary curtseyd to Henrik since her marriage to Frederik. Probably she does it as respect to his father-in-law but wouldn't do it to Prince Philip.
I think Diana curtseyd to his father-in-law but probably she didn't do it to Prince Claus of the Netherlands (during the Dutch State Visit to the UK).

: Curtseying to Prince Henrik would mean that he
: has been (de facto) given the status of King
: consort. I have seen the DoE bowing to the
: King of Spain and the Spanish Infantas do
: not curtsey to Princes consort.
: Crown Princess Mary curtseying to the Prince
: consort of Denmark is an innovation in royal
: protocol.
: But it would be expected that she curtsied
: to the Queen of Denmark, even is she is her
: sister.

: I thought it was interesting that Princess
: Benedikte didn’t appear to curtsey to either
: her sister or her brother-in-law, although
: obviously Princesses Mary and Marie did.
