I don't think he has a special package when it comes to rental fee. I think it is the price other tenants pay for an apartment that size and age in Drottningholm. In a newbuilt apartment the prize would have been about 50% higher.

According to svt the tax authorithies doubts that he lives at his stated adress and if he actually lives at Drottningholm he should pay his local taxes in Ekerö rather than Stockholm. I think they have had opinions about Emma Pernald stating that she lives with her parents on the westcoast of Sweden as well some time ago.
