Well, but the court is renter. There is even the logo on the contract. And it´s clear, that Westling wouldn´t have gotten the deal, if he wouldn´t be, what he is 
Also the relatively low fee of around 500 EUR a month, let me assume, that someone got a special package here...
However I find this move strange. Why moving away from the working places, which he could reach per pedes?
And if there would be an engagement soon...why moving for a short period of 3-9 months (with even summer holidays in between)?
