For the good order, the spouse of a Count does not become a Countess. She is only referred with his title and surname, like my mother is referred with my father's surname, as is the social custom.
The spouse of a Baroness, Countess, Princess, whatever, does equally like a female spouse, not become a Baron, Count, Princess. Social custom however does not follow that they are referred with their wive's title and surname, like my father is not referred with my mother's surname, as this is not the social custom.
If the spouse of the (Dutch) King will officially be styled Princess of the Netherlands, there is no one to forbid you to follow the social custom and name Máxima as the Queen.
Like you can already name Camilla and Máxima as The Princess of Wales respectively The Princess of Orange. Reality however learns that in general society follows the official styling, as we have seen with these two royal ladies.
