The conditions for the creation of the title several hundred years ago were never fulfilled ... it had something to do with acquirement of land, which was not fulfiled. The use of the title would never have been accepted by the French court, for example. Thus, Henri and his family were never entitled to the use of the title ... The Queen did not create the title as "of Monpezat"
