Posted by Kristin From October 25-27, Tribeca All Access Open Stage will present readings of the work of selected playwrights to a distinguished audience of agents, managers, producers, development executives and theater company representatives. In addition, Open Stage will facilitate 30-minute meetings between selected playwrights and industry representatives with the goal of finding high caliber representation for participating playwrights and also to get their plays produced. The Call for Entries is now open, with a deadline of July 16, 2004 (postmark). Playwrights who identify as Latino, African American, Asian American, Native American or Pacific Islander are invited to submit full-length plays that have not already been fully staged for consideration. Entry forms are available at www.tribecafilminstitute.org.
