The Department of Theatre, SUNY College at Brockport is pleased to Announce its 4th Biennial Festival of Ten-Minute Plays
Entry Rules:
. No scripts will be returned. Plays not selected will be shredded.
. Entries will be acknowledged if a SASE or post card is enclosed.
. Only original plays allowed. No musicals, or Equity produced plays.
. Each manuscript must be typed and bound.
. Title page should include author's name, address, e-mail address and phone number.
. Submission of plays dealing with culturally diverse issues are encouraged.
. Plays addressing civic engagement or topics germane to the American Democracy Project will receive additional attention.

. Deadline for submission is October 1st, 2004.
. Entry Fee: $3 for EACH submitted play.
. The top ten plays will be produced in fully realized productions as part of the
SUNY College at Brockport Festival of Ten IV in March 2005.
. Prize money will be awarded to top three selected plays ($300, $200, $100).
. Finalists will be notified by December 2, 2004.

The play screening committee will do blind readings of the submitted plays. The authors names and other identification are removed before the committee receives the scripts.
If the $3 fee is too outrageous for you or you oppose it on moral principle, you can apply for a fee waiver. Just enclose letter with the scripts explaining that you're a student and/or need a fee waiver.
