The story tells the plight of The Lovejoys, a quirky little family that includes Mildred, the mother; Elmer, the father; and their three children, Jesse, Francis, and Vivian, so named because their Aunt Jessie doesnt like boys. Although Aunt Jessiea wealthy relative who resides in far-away Englandhas never met her beloved nieces, she has promised them a large inheritance at her passing. However, when Aunt Jessie suddenly decides to visit the Lovejoys on Vivians 16th birthday to personally bestow the first installment of his inheritance, the families world is turned upside down! Dont miss this very entertaining and delightful comedy, capping off Chapel Streets 2001-2002 season.
