I'm finding it hard to get excited about the Davis Cup this week. A relegation play off isn't very inspiring.
I think it will be a big ask for Murray to play all three days well. I remember Henman having to win the whole thing for Britain against Thailand and the speculation it agrevated career limiting injuries afterwards.
I think an effectively one man team will never be enough in Davis Cup. Unless you are Federer.
I fear a 2-3 defeat but if Murray makes it happen it will be another big endorsment of his place in the elite.
