I think part of Del Potro's tactic was to try and get under Federer's skin to get him ruffled. Taking longer than normal to decide whether to challenge did the trick as we saw and heard. TBH I don't think Jake Garner is final material as an umpire. It should have been Norm Crisp, Steve Ulrich or Mohamed Leyani. They get more respect from the players.
