It was to be expected as he based his defense entirely around the fact that she caused him to test positive. You'd have thought he'd have paid her off to take the fall before though as look what happens when you don't. I've never bought his story i've never heard of anyone being contaminated by a kiss before. Were they saying it was on her lips or did he get it from her saliva?
