I've just acquired a RT2500 which has everything but the VIP cable. I have G550 to go with it. Can I run the RT without the VIP cable (apparently you can do that with third party cards)? Is the VIP cable completely a proprietory thing or is there a generic cable that will do as well? Does anyone have one kicking around I could buy (£10?). Many thanks.
