I have an HP PAvilion zx5000 with the same problem. I went to intel's site and downloaded the chipset inf utility and it says i don't have a supported chipset or OS. I'm using XP pro and it makes sense, this P4 is running on an intel chipset (even though hp's site won't confirm that). Any ideas?
