Posted by David 1) As posted on the official Matrox forum, be sure there is a DLL file named "AVIReader.dll" in the "C:\Program Files\Sonic Solutions\DVDit! LE\Components" folder (DVDit! LE may be named DVDit -- this should not make a difference from what I can tell). If this file is missing, it could be because you installed DVDit before you installed Matrox Video Tools. Just uninstall and reinstall (assuming MVT is currently installed!), and this part of the problem should be taken care of. If this does not solve your problem: 2) Ensure that your .AVI and .WAV files do not use the underscore character: "_" I was able to make the error message go away simply by changing the filenames of already-rendered files. By adding an underscore, I was able to make the error reappear. Note that other special characters that are nevertheless "legal" characters in Windows may have the same effect. --DEKA (Posted as a courtesy to all those smart enough to look).
