Thanks Rich - I am familiar with the cost of building engine - We did an evaluation of the big bore and we were not satisfied with the state of experieince out there - quite experimental at this time. I have been following most of the programs out there from a distance for awhile now. Our program this year will continue with a stock engine - as I am defending a class and track championship at Pittsburgh - so ecxperimental in an ET class is pretty risky. But - if I can get a spare engine - might consider building the thing - mine has done well - 10,000 miles and probably 250 or so passes and only needed to replace some rubber and a clutch so far. We have been doing alot of chrome work this winter - it approaching show quality - We will actually be showing it at Pittsburgh World of Wheels this weekend. It won Best Appearing Motorcycle at Norwalk IHRA bracket finals this year - it is an even better show bike than race bike. There is work going on with Turbo development - although they can't be used on the AHDRA circuit - aimed at 250 HP - high eight zone.
