Of course, she didn't mention which flavor of Christian that should be, and seemed to have no appreciation for the diversity of viewpoints and religious views. It was only after that statement that her statement about "perfected" Jews could really be understood in context. In this context, the statement is not a general theological statement. It is a statement along the lines that all Jews (and even other non-Christians) need to be "perfected" by being converted to Christianity, or more likely one particular brand of Christianity.

What you left out or missed was the prior statements she made on that program. Just seconds before that statement, she was asked what in her opinion would make for the best America, and she responded that having an all Christian America would be best.
