That cannot help. If you were up on current events about greenhouse gas emissions and climate change you'd know where the world's industrialized nations stand. As I stated previously, those nations are reluctant to be coerced into changes by the US until we start making changes ourselves. We cannot expect China and India to take step to curb greenhouse gases while we sit idly by and continue being the #1 per capita polluter in the world.
