What this needs is a better translation. Only then will I be able to make sense of it. By the way, the bolded statements you put in the post do not show a scientifically discovered god, but rather a metaphysical hypothesis, which since it unfortunately postulates the supernatural is completely untestable and therefore not scientific.

To me, this is an exceptionally poor translation. In very brief places, it begins to make some sense, but the longer intervening spaces seem to be made of a random jumble of words that do not form coherent concepts.
