What the masses of evangelicals think and feel matters extremely little so long as they are comfortable with their leadership making statements and taking actions that lead toward the formation of a Christian theocracy. Until the masses dispose of those leaders and mouthpieces, I have little trust for the Christian right. If you are correct, then why exactly do you think it is so difficult for the evangelical masses to overthrow and replace the leadership that directly states their desire for theocracy? Sorry to keep harping on this point, but it is vital to your defense, and you continue avoiding it.

And yet again, you completely ignore the words and action of the Christian right leadership. The stated goals of those people indicate a strong desire for a Christian theocracy.
