When was the last time a government school official, using his governmental authority, denied a GLBT student his First Amendment rights? When criminals behave criminally against a GLBT, the law reacts forcefully on the side of the victim. The issue here is--- harrassment by the government, not by street thugs. Will it never end?

Public schools across the country have GLBT clubs, sponsored by the school. At universities, they are a given. Forming a Christian club is often an uphill battle. Heck, just reading the Bible during free time, can result in school discipline. In the case cited, just MENTIONING Jesus can result in penalties.
