Posted by Lee Russ Kruschev's comment was about the cult of personality as a device for leadership; nothing at all like what you seemed to presume, and certainly not parallel to Clinton's in any way. And as I've said before, "society" and the "group" are made up of multiple individuals. The real point, which tends to get lost in your rhetoric, is how to balance what is asked of any single individual in order to benefit the group and, of course, how much can be asked of the group for the benefit of the individual. You and yours tend to ignore the hell out of the latter.

I'm pretty sure Clinton's comment referred to health care in the U.S., but I can't tell; all I find are endless contextless repetitions by right wingers. I probably agree with what she was trying to say.
