Catholics were not deported. Atheists were not hanged. All these things that are predicted to happen if we simply PERMIT, not require, a student to express his religious beliefs (or lack of them), are false predictions. They are scare-mongering, resulting from a hostility to religion that is nowhere to be found in the First Amendment, and which is in fact forbidden by the Constitution. Just as you wish not to be associated with the example of what happens on a university, when liberals get power, so also I won't be associated with a few demonstrators who have no power.
